Ms. Bald is in private practice with the firm Harllee & Bald, P.A. in Bradenton, Florida, with which she has practiced since 2001. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 1984 and received a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University in 1980. Ms. Bald is Chair of the Underwriting Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee, Investment Committee, Business Development Committee, and Executive Committee.
