Mr. Harkness served as the Executive Director of The Florida Bar from 1980 until retirement in 2017. Mr. Harkness graduated from the College of Law, University of Florida and received a BSBA from the University of Florida. Mr. Harkness is a member of the American Bar Association and American Society of Association Executives. Mr. Harkness is Chair of the Nominating Committee, Vice Chair of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Business Development Committee, Executive Committee, and Investment Committee.
