Our Standard Policy includes:

• Supplemental Claims Expense Coverage (up to a maximum of $1,000,000);
• Of counsel coverage;
• Title agent coverage (excludes title agencies);
• ArbitratorIMediator coverage;
• Innocent insured coverage;
• Paralegals and non-attorney staff coverage;
• Personal injury coverage;
• Trial Attendance reimbursement (maximum of $500 per day/$5,000 aggregate);
• Disciplinary Proceeding coverage (up to $5,000 with no deductible);
• No deductible for claims arising from Pro Bono work;
• Deductible applies to damages only
• Aggregate Deductible (not each claim).
